Dubai, 09 September 2018: Specialist private equity firm, TVM Capital Healthcare, announces the appointment of Orhan Osmansoy as a Partner. Mr. Osmansoy is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in private equity, merchant banking, and equity capital markets.

Mr. Osmansoy will initially take the role of Operating Partner and join the firm’s established Operating Team as they support the assessment, investment and growth of portfolio companies which are leading the change in how healthcare is delivered across South- and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Turkey. With the establishment of the firm’s third pool of capital for healthcare investments he will become a member of the investment team.

Prior to joining TVM Capital Healthcare, Mr. Osmansoy was a Managing Director at Frontier Management Group, where he worked with the broader team at Apollo Global Management to source and evaluate private equity and private credit transactions. He has also held Board-level and senior management positions at NAC Ventures SPC, a Kuwaiti creditor-owned restructuring SPV; The National Investor (TNI), an Abu Dhabi-based merchant banking institution; and Morgan Stanley, where he was a member of both the equity derivatives and corporate finance groups in New York and London. Mr. Osmansoy is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and the University of Virginia (BS).
