The affiliation with Spaulding will give TVM Capital MENA and the Continuum of Care companies access to unrivalled experience, knowledge and best practice in the sphere of long-term care and rehabilitation, helping to drive regional standards in the sector. Staff will also receive regular education and training by Spaulding representatives and the facilities will undertake auditing and evaluation procedures devised to promote clinical excellence.

TVM Capital MENA Chairman and CEO, Dr. Helmut M. Schühsler said: “We are proud to make a world-renowned healthcare institution like Spaulding Rehabilitation Network an affiliate of the TVM Capital MENA Continuum of Care companies, across all their activities in the MENA region. We have been recognised for excellent work in acute and ventilated patient care at ProVita for several years, and have expanded our services into rehabilitation and home care with Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center and Manzil Health Care Services; adding a clinical performance partner such as Spaulding will reinforce our trajectory from providing great care to becoming true centers of excellence at a global standard. The affiliation will also allow us to be involved also in research and community education efforts, as well as provide our health services to a much larger community across the UAE and the wider MENA region.”

“Spaulding is extremely pleased and proud to join with TVM Capital to further develop these important health care services for the people of the MENA region”, said David E. Storto, President of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. “We are impressed with what has already been accomplished and share their bold vision to complete the continuum of care to meet best the needs of their patients and to provide the most efficient and effective delivery of services” Storto added.

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Network is a recognised leader in rehabilitative medicine, long-term care and home care in Massachusetts, in the United States, and across the globe. Spaulding offers world-class inpatient and outpatient care through a network of six inpatient facilities and 23 outpatient centers, and home care through its sister institution.
