Dr. Hiba Allam

Dr Allam has 15 years legal experience in the MENA region and has an established track record of advising global corporations on a wide range of matters and successfully leading innovative projects and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining us,  Dr Allam consulted for Médecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors without Borders in certain of their fundraising activities. Dr Allam acted for over 7 years as General Counsel for an international financial product provider after having practiced law at leading American law firms in London and the Middle East.

 

Dr Allam holds a PhD in Islamic Insurance law from the Sorbonne-Assas University in Paris, France and qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2006. Dr Allam is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

 

Dr Allam is fluent in English, French and Arabic and speaks basic German.

 

Dr Allam is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Jijimon Punnakkal Augustine

Jijimon Punnakkal Augustine is a finance professional joined TVM Capital Healthcare Partners Limited in 2010 and he is leading the accounting and controlling team of the firm in the MENA region. Jijimon brings more than 14 years experience in healthcare financial management with a strong financial, analytical and auditing element to the team heading the central finance department of TVM Capital Healthcare Partners and its various asset levels. He is leading the finance functions of the TVM Capital Healthcare Funds, TVM Operations Group and the various portfolio companies. He is specialized on financial accounting and reporting, financial management, internal and external audit, software implementation.

 

He has joined after a five-year tenure as group finance controller for the MENA region at Gulf Healthcare International (GHI) where he was managing 19 companies across the MENA region. He was the leader of the financial due diligence team for their major acquisitions in Middle East. Prior to GHI Jijimon spent four years at Medical Solutions FZ LLC, UAE where he was heading the finance function of the company in UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Sultanate of Oman. Over the years he has developed a wealth of experience in healthcare market across the Middle East.

 

Jijimon is a Certified Accountant and holding a masters degree in finance and accounting from MG University, India. He also holds a MBA certification from IGNOU.

Michelle Anne Sur

Michelle Anne Sur,  brings over 15 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting management within the UAE. A seasoned professional, she has demonstrated expertise in optimizing financial operations and surpassing corporate objectives. With a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement, Michelle is known for implementing efficient systems and fostering robust financial controls. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant committed to delivering excellence in every endeavor.

Jonathan Lobo

Jonathan is Legal Counsel for TVM Capital Healthcare. He is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia with 12 years of legal experience in the UAE. His responsibilities include providing legal advice and company secretarial support, implementing good governance and managing legal risks and disputes.

He rejoins TVM Capital Healthcare after successful legal roles at NMC Healthcare, DP World UAE and 5 years at TVM from 2013 to 2018.

Jonathan holds a Bachelors of Laws and Bachelors of Business from Bond University, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

 

Michelle Mouracade

Michelle is Head of Investor Relations & Partnerships. She has 28 years of experience spanning growth equity, impact investing, venture philanthropy, fundraising, investor relations, strategic and organisational consulting across the MENA region, the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific, where she spent 8 years in a regional role out of Hong Kong.

She has significant expertise in fundraising and impact investing, having recently spearheaded the launch of the first regional impact investment fund for MENA. In this role, she led fundraising, investor relations, community partnerships, sourcing investment opportunities, impact management, operations, and governance.

As the Country Director for Alfanar Lebanon, Michelle built, managed and fundraised for a portfolio of 22 social enterprises, providing tailored funding, mentorship, customized training, market access, and impact management support to help organisations measure and maximize their social and financial performance. Before transitioning to the impact sector, Michelle worked for 20 years across multiple industries, with a strong focus on financial services.

Michelle holds a BA in Computer Science from Concordia University in Montreal and is a certified Executive Coach from HEC France.

 

Darlene Batara Tamayo

Darlene is an administrative professional with extensive expertise supporting executives and teams in fast-paced work environments across the UAE. While HR has been a side role, her main focus has been on office administration, calendar management, travel coordination, logistics, and vendor management. She has consistently played a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing direct support to senior leadership, managing procurement, coordinating meetings and travel, and maintaining efficient office systems. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and composed, solutions-driven mindset. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Banking and Finance.

 

Nadeer Kunnath

Nadeer is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in IT support and administration. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. With a master’s degree in IT administration and certifications from Microsoft, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in key areas. Skilled in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and network security.

He also assumes an additional role as a Public Relations Officer at TVM, responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations/authorities and providing a key interface to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Nada Ghorayeb Assaf

Prior to joining us, Nada Ghorayeb Assaf was a Senior Conventions Specialist at Medtronic. Her role encompassed managing the corporate company events, organizing the team incentive programs and handling execution in the Middle East and North Africa across businesses.  In addition to her experience in event management, Nada has an extensive knowledge in logistics and supply chain.  She worked closely on product allocation and order management in addition to managing day to day logistics operations.

Nada Ghorayeb Assaf holds a MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Beirut, Lebanon. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Holly Radel

Holly Radel is Head of Strategic Communications and Sustainability. She has 17 years of experience in the emerging market private equity and venture capital industry. At TVM Capital Healthcare, Holly manages the firm’s ESG and impact strategy and overlooks the processes to integrate ESG considerations and generate impact outcomes as an integral part of the firm’s value creation and exit readiness plans for portfolio companies. She also leads communications, stakeholder engagement, and PR.

Prior to joining TVM Capital Healthcare, she was Executive Vice President at Tiger Hill Partners, a Washington, DC-based PR and government affairs firm, where she managed accounts with a focus on private equity, venture capital, fintech, and impact investor clients. Previously, she was COO and Managing Director of Institutional Relations at the Global Private Capital Association (GPCA) and formerly, the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA). She also served as Secretary of the Board at GPCA.

Holly holds an MA in International Economics (Specialization: Finance) & International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Policy Studies (Economics & Political Science) & English (Literature & Writing) from Rice University.
