Former SEHA CEO Appointed Senior Advisor at Private Equity Firm

UAE, 25th August 2014: TVM Capital Healthcare Partners, the region’s first private equity firm dedicated to the healthcare sector, has announced the appointment of Carl Stanifer as Senior Advisor. Formerly CEO of Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), Mr. Stanifer will be involved in the growth and development of TVM Capital portfolio companies, Pro Vita International Medical Centers, Manzil Health Care Services, Bourn Hall International and also Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center, where he will occupy a board position. He will also contribute to the investment activities through high-level advice, support of senior management teams and own entrepreneurial activities to identify and conceptualize investment opportunities for the firm.

Mr. Stanifer has worked in the international healthcare field for 36 years and was appointed the first CEO of SEHA following its formation by Emiri Decree in 2007. He previously occupied the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand, as well as several senior healthcare positions in Singapore, Australia, Saudi Arabia and the US.
