Jad is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and scaling care platforms across the region. His career has focused on turning healthcare strategy into real-world operations, with over a decade spent in private equity–backed healthcare companies and holding senior roles across TVM Capital Healthcare portfolio businesses in the Middle East.

Jad currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Baraya Extended Care, where he is leading the development of a network of extended care hospitals totaling 650 beds across different cities in the Kingdom, alongside a growing chain of outpatient rehabilitation centers. His work is centered on bringing much-needed post-acute, rehabilitation, and extended care services to Saudi communities where access remains limited, while supporting Vision 2030 goals to strengthen care continuity, improve access, and ease pressure on acute hospitals. Previously, Jad was the Managing Director of CMRC Saudi Arabia, a specialized inpatient rehabilitation and extended care provider, where he helped establish one of the Kingdom’s early foreign-invested healthcare startups in this space.

Before that, he served as Managing Director of Manzil HealthCare Services, a leading GCC home healthcare provider delivering medical and rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients in their homes.

Prior to Manzil HealthCare Services, Jad spent 12 years with Air Liquide Healthcare, holding senior leadership roles across healthcare management and operations in the MENA and GCC regions. During this time, he contributed to business expansion through both organic and non-organic growth, while leading strategic planning, scaling healthcare models, and building high-performing teams to drive sustainable growth.
