Tobias Funke is a member of our SEA team  based in Singapore. Tobias’ responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, due diligence and deal execution. Additionally, he is working with our portfolio companies and is engaged in fund-raising activities.

Prior to joining us, Tobias was an Investment Director at FSN Capital Partners, a Northern European PE fund. He has established a track-record of buy-out transactions across various industry verticals and geographies, working across the entire investment lifecycle. As Board Director for various portfolio companies, Tobias has been driving value creation in close cooperation with the international management teams. At FSN Capital, Tobias has further been instrumental in the fund’s expansion into the DACH region, building the local team and deal pipeline. Before that, Tobias worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Morgan Stanley, advising clients on corporate finance transactions.

Tobias is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France/Singapore. He also holds a Master in Finance from IE Business School, Spain and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.
