Rafael “Paey” Reyes is a Senior Advisor to TVM Capital Healthcare and Managing Director of Codega Investments, Inc. (BVI), a private fund manager. He has extensive experience in direct investments, having previously led the Philippine and Southeast Asian private equity operations of AIG Investments Corp. (Asia) Ltd., and having served as a consultant to Lombard Investments.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of an aviation services company in the Philippines, as a board member of the Development Bank of the Philippines where he chaired the Information Technology, Risk Oversight and Non-Performing Assets Committees, and as Deputy Administrator of a Philippine autonomous special economic zone. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
He has served on the boards of several private and listed companies across the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University.
