Sophie Khau brings to the team 14 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance and entrepreneurship.

She started her career with AXA Private Equity, providing early stage and growth capital for SMEs in the technology and consumer sectors in Asia. She then joined the investment banking arm of BNP Paribas, advising large companies in Southeast Asia in mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions.

Subsequently, she expanded the footprint of the largest private sector group in Vietnam, Masan Group, through fundraising from private equity firms and other financial institutions and leading value accretive acquisitions for the group in Vietnam’s fast growing consumer space.

Sophie is passionate about investing and building businesses with transformative positive social impact particularly in the fields of healthcare and education. Currently, she oversees her family office’s investments in Asia within these sectors and leads strategic value-adding partnerships for organisations in these industries.

She holds a Master of Science in Management with an Entrepreneurship Major from HEC Paris Business School.
