Nasser Massoud is a specialist in healthcare investments and public private partnerships with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has extensive knowledge covering several markets including emerging Europe, MENA, Central Asia, the Caribbean and SEA. Nasser has a bachelors in engineering and a masters in economics and management, both from UCL; a masters in finance from London Business School; and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is designated as a GHKOL (Global Healthcare Key Opinion Leader) by the Korean Health Industry Development Institute under the MoH of Korea, an appointment he has held since 2017. He is active in various global institutions such as the World Association of PPPs where he chairs the chapter on social sector PPPs (including healthcare); the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe where he participates on the team of experts for healthcare and digital health; and with the Harvard Business School Crossroads Athar initiative to accelerate the adoption of digital healthcare in the GCC countries.
